Broker360
To help facilitate communication between MCS, servicers and the real estate agents managing the sale of REO properties, MCS created Broker360.  Broker360 is a web-based portal that allows REO brokers to access the status of preservation work completed by MCS.  With inbound and outbound communication capabilities, the portal enables brokers to submit information and bid requests in addition to receiving electronic notifications regarding the properties they manage.  Click here to visit the Broker360 site.

Association Membership
MCS maintains active membership in many of the associations for REO brokers.  Employees of MCS are regular attendees, speakers and panelists at industry events throughout the country.  MCS occassional hosts events during tradeshows to give REO brokers an opportunity to speak directly to our employees about any issues they may be facing.
